Mighty figures Andy. I think it's new record setting time
Just out of curiousity, how much does 'Scottimax version 2' cost you per litre to produce?

Amazing...
How about some wings and the first airborne-ubaru !
Serious question :
Noticed the change in induction lengths on the photos on page 1.
From full inner wing filters, through to mini elephant trunk style, then short RCM looking setup ...
Could you enlighten us us mere mortals on why the changes - throttle control ? Power ? under bonnet heat not an issue ?
Thanks

you may well find that Simons car is a little similiar to Andy's rather than the other way around......
Simons build is pretty neat too but Andy's is pushing things on (as per usual LOL)

MLR Marham 30-130 weekend
1st place with a time of 6.3 seconds
These numbers probably don't mean a lot to most people so I went trawling for some comparisons.
Found some 60-130 data, not a bad indicator for 'real world' performance as its generally not traction limited and is typical of a ...'traffic clears, look in the mirror at the superbike on your tail and floor it' scenaro
60-130mph
Subaru Impreza H6 - 4.1 Seconds
Bugatti Veyron – 5.6 Seconds
Suzuki GSXR1000 – 5.9 Seconds
R35 GTR SVM Hulk - 6.5 Seconds
McLaren MP4-12C - 7.0 Seconds
Ferrari Enzo – 7.3 Seconds
Mercedes McLaren SLR – 7.2 Seconds
Lamborghini LP640 – 7.8 Seconds
Porsche 997TT – 9.5 Seconds
Only thing that is slightly demoralising is the AMS Alpha 12 does it in 3.3 lol, in my defence I was still on low boost, no nos!

Andy, have you ever been in said scenario? I bet it's a right giggle if you have a superbike (or any Audi/BMW/Porsche lol) on your ***... Only for you to RAPIDLY! disappear into the distance 'bellowing', "Seeeee yaaaa!", Fast and Furious style.
I bet said bikers on the receiving end, end up doing this: "
", eh?

Sadly it's a totally hypothetical situation due the the national speed limit of 70mph
Have however done similar on the twisties and simply got a nod of approval from said bikers lol
