Thanks goodness this sort of malarkey and general ****-about-faceness doesn't go off over at Rugby HQ!

And we now need an English manager for England.

There is enough known about Terry to show his is evidently a low life toe rag but sure with the racism charge he might not be guilty.

We don't need another foreign manager, clearly that has not worked.

Fukc o'neal too. A good coach, but not English and a complete tool.

I think he's done a good job, much better than a lot of previous british managers.

Who gives a toss if he is English or not? Loads of national teams do well with a foreign manager.

Good riddance, hopefully his replacement will put a team together that will play to it's strengths, rather than push them into playing boring Italian style football, badly

What we also really need is a manager with spine enough to drop the under-achieving 'stars', and pick a proper team who'll play both for each other, and for the shirt

Hardly likely I know, so for now, I'll carry on not giving a **** about Engerland

How about giving it to Nigel Adkins of Southampton?

Good YOUNG manager, gets the best out of mediocre players, (and England have plenty of THOSE, don't they?), and has won three promotions in four years, with another on the cards this year.

We COULD do a lot worse............

He was a **** manager anyway. We never stood a chance with him in charge of us.

He laughing at the FA. They couldn't sack him 2 years ago because of the payout they would have had to pay him. Now he's spent the last 2 years earning Millions from the FA, he's jumped ship so he can't be blamed for us getting knocked out of the Quarter finals.

Heskey was utter ****e over his England career.

Touch of a donkey and no eye for goal. Built like a heavyweight but goes down like a pansy all the time.

If Harry's got any sense he'll leave well alone. He's spent 3 years getting Spurs to where they are now and I just dont see him giving that up.

For too long England have had managers that just sit on there ***** watching the game. At least managers like O'Neill show passion, walk the touchline and act like a 12th man instead of being a seat cover. We need a peoples managed, someone the public can relate to and are enthusiastic about rather than someone who needs a bloody interpreter to give an interview.

Graham Taylor had passion, so did Keegan.

Shudder.

Agreed, but Sven and Fabio didnt have that desire like Keegan. For me, it HAS to be an english manager this time to get everyone united.

Problem is, no-one will want the job this close to the Euros as they'll be judged on the performance. Chances are, Pearce will be caretaker manager for the Holland friendly in a few weeks.

it goes to show how much influence the fa has over the engand team, any manager worth his salt can see for years playing both gerrard and lampard together has never got results, yet they aways get picked, like wise as soon as certin players go to united/chelsea etc there immediatly international quality, england wont win anything for years unless the fa keep out of it, allow a manager to do his job propperly and pick a team that can win, not sell shirts!

Poor old Terry - the chavish womanising racist little s,hit.

Would Harry be allowed to stay with Spurs to the end of the season even on a part time basis? At least he has a slightly better grasp of the English language (just ). Never impressed with Capello.

The job of the England coach is to do just that, coach.

Capello, coached the talent out of players!

£6 million a year for a part-time job and **** all to show for it. He was never realistically likely to win anything anyway so why £6 million a year? Anyone from any walk of life could manage the England team and get the same results. Get a bossy school mum in the job!

Bring McClaren back .......

The reality is that Rednapp will get it after Spurs have completed their Season - he will get it for the Euro's only and then decide.

Of course, when England win the Euro's he will be able to request many ££££££££££'s to be paid into his Rosie47 ******* account ......
