It was probably taken to the scrapyard-surprised this hadnt happened sooner.
Nowadays, an average hatchback is worth about £150 in scrap- and thats including them collecting it for you as well! Thats why you hardly ever see abandoned cars anymore, yet 10 years ago, they were everywhere as you had to pay about £30 for the scrappy to even take it,back then!

There's an M3 near me with a dinged panel and a flat front tyre. Looks like it was used to joy-ride then ditched.

How long until I can claim it?

Just think theres this guy who has won a 6month around the world cruise, having a tiny thought about his car being safe beside the road...

Then theres you trying to evit it! lol

The authorities have all the information available to check its MOT,Insurance,Road fund tax, and the registered owner without needing a stolen tax disk.
