The Prodrive makeover!!

Went over to collect my pipe for the IC and inlet onto turbo,as per usual Matt has gone over and beyond on the finished article, not only are the pipes perfect but he put the bolt on outlet on the turbo compressor housing in the lathe and machined the ridge you see in the picture and not only that but tapered the inside.
Plus he put a ridge on the RCM trumpet and reduced the size slightly so it is now the same size as the inlet pipe meaning I can buy a samco joiner to fit perfect.
He also made the brackets to hold the top of the custom fmic/rad pack secure, toped off with a bit of pro-bolt action of course
I was that happy I went in early to put them in position for a look see at what it all comes together like,to say I'm happy is a massive understatement, then I got the joiners for the turbo/throttle body and inlet pipe ordered as I want them all in black.
Also got the injectors installed.

Got all the stuff out of the car today and into boxes as it's d-day next weekend with Tim coming to do the trick loom,I also got the hole drilled for the mil-spec connector in the bulkhead.
I'm really looking forward to Tim getting the wiring done and having power in the electrics for the first time in over 18 months.
After the wiring is done it's only the paint work left to get sorted!!

So an accusump came up at the right price and the deal was done, after recieving it I made the trip to see Alex at Torques UK to sort out the unions but as usual with me being a tart and Alex loving the trick shiz as well it wasn't a straight forward couple of unions pick!!
Alex mentioned how the electric valve looked bulky and not to easy on the eye so we decided that it will get remote mounted underneath the car so it's out of sight and the same went for the gauge on top which is now a Torques own version and will get mounted into the dash remotely as well so I can see what pressure the tank has.
This edition to the spec basically means with having cossie baffle plate,RCM baffled sump and accusump I'm as well covered for oil surge/starvation as you can get without dry sump, this was a decision I made after thinking about the suspension spec and size of the tyres the car is running and that the car will no doubt corner pretty damn well especially on track so I wanted my *** covered.
The accusump will be mounted in the boot with a dry break bulk head connector like the fuel
While I was with Alex I got the union sorted for the new Turbo actuator and some unions to make the defi boost sensor an fixing as well as I'll be running a Genome boost gauge on the cowl by the Gizmo shift light.
