Movies, the complete story behind it and everything else will follow after catch-up hours of sleep, but it was worth it:

Nevertheless, I'd like to thank Jeroent(tje), Mark (EMS) and Jarno from The Autosport Company (dyno) for making it all come true.

Ah well, the only reason we did MOT is to break in the engine on the streets, otherwise I'd have to throw a couple of grand extra for dyno...

anyways, a movie!

Thanks guys!

Last week we've hit the track to test this beaut&the beast.

For the past few weeks, JT and EMS have both worked their asses off to finish the car for the fits test session on the track. We only had one chance: Wednesday the 29th, because the very next morning I would be leaving to Moscow for my study.

Things that were done:

Weighted and aligned the car (incl 30l of fuel), we expect to drop the weight by another 40 kg with tubular subframes and carbon propshaft.

self made strutbar

Some new stickers

We've also made some springs to hold the windows closed above 120 km/h. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of it yet.

Furthermore, lots of other things were done that don't require photos, such as dash calibration and mappings adjustments.

Then it was the time to leave to the test track (Zandvoort)

Once we'd arrived, we commenced right away with preparations, I got behind the wheel to test the handling, while Marco the co-driver sat next to me to focus on other car's reactions

Things gone bad after the first lap already, I was a bit too enthusiastic and ran off track due to cold tyres and some other factors after running 247 km/h straight. Only slight cosmetic damages and a lesson learned. Funny thing: we had no hooks attached yet, so I got out the gravel by myself, 4x4 rules!

After that we returned to the paddock to raise the cars front, because in the turns the car was filled with rubber smoke. When we wanted to return to the track, we got pulled over by someone from the tech comission:

- did you fix your exhaust?
_ lolwhut? (nobody told us anything.) Yeah, we've adjusted the wastegate and the screamer pipe, should be no problem by now.
- allrighty then, 'cause you had 103 dB.

That meant that we've had to let go off the throttle at the dB mic...

Those laps also were the "gathering information" laps, so after 4 laps we've returned to the paddock to find out very bad news...

Apparently, my baffle plated sump does not suffice to my specification, because the oil pressure dropped on only in turns, but also during acceleration. This relatively small issue will get solved pretty soo, but because of it, we had to give up our testing after 10 laps or so.

Some highlights for me:
- ran 2:10
- 2:06 predicted time (best sectors all together) And this with 0 experiencs beforehand, pretty busy track and 5-10 secs off throttle at the dB mic.

The moment I've been waiting for for almost a year will arrive on September the 16th, when the last Time Attack round will take place.

Until now, I would like to thank JT and EMS for all their work done so far, and I hope not to disappoint them in two weeks

Finally, some GoPro footage, more coming soon tomorrow or so:

Close call @ 6:40...
And quite fun that it appears that the rest is standing still (M5, 1M), check how fast I gain on them.

Finally found some time for the last update before this Sunday's race

Als already described in the alst update, we've encountered some oil-pressure issues, so Jeroen started with adjusting the oil pan right away!

And the result:

As already told before, I am studying in Moscow at the moment and I have to fly to The Netherlands and back every three first weekends of September.

Last weekend, was the first time to fly over for DUMPd!

I arrived Friday night around 0:30 at the hotel when the majority of the participants was already sleeping except for some Wangan Warriors and 7Tune folks, including Adam Zillin, the man behind 7tune.
Just before I was boarding the plane, I've decided to hit the Duty Free shop for some cheap vodka as a souvenir, with as the result me and Adam drinking it till 5 in the morning. With as a result only 1.5 hour of sleep that night and this facial expression the whole day long (and many other fun stories):

JT crew was already present with my and Jeroen's car, as I crawled on the terrain:

I was so happy to see her back again that I kissed her right away

It was a very awesome day with many sexy cars and cool people!

Here more pics of my car by Vincent Photography and Focus Automotive Art!

Check other cars&more @ http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?s...7022832&type=1

With DUMPd 2012 fading away and more blood substituting alcohol in my blood, it is time to get ready for the final, but for me the first round of Time Attack this Sunday!
I am very looking forward to it and I hope that all those months waiting will be worthy!

Some "little big" update of yesterday's race: I was able to qualify myself into finals and finish second with the time of 1:59:1, 2 seconds behind number 2! I have still almost no track experience with the car, unlike the other racers who participate for a few years by now.

Thumbs up:

After the race we went to celebrate it and I had to leave to Moscow straight away, so by now I've only slept for 2 hours and I am already having class by now till 6.

I have a day off tomorrow, so I will be able to make a beautiful report!

P.S. Our other team member Twan finished 3rd that day and got first place in the championship overall! Congrats!

Hi guys, do you still remember me?

I'm the guy from Holland with the white Impreza...

Didn't post anything for a long time, but that's because I was studying in Moscow.

Meanwhile, I have finished my exchange program, and started working for a new tuning atelier.

But let's get back on topic. Back in Holland, the JT-team started with preparations for the 2013 season. The TSSFAB kit was installed and aero modifications were added. The "custom made" TSSFAB kit had to be "custom made", so some things were removed or added.

The rear was modified as well, and Mark from EMS was kind enough to send us a larger swaybar.

For all the haters:

vs

Of course better pics will be made in time.

The gain? Lots of geometry correction and some weight loss, I guess we should be at <1150 kg atm, which isn't bad with 705 horses.

Then the aero upgrades so far.

After that it was time to hit the track of Assen.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?&v=v1q4kcrYFnU Eventually it was possible to clock 1:56 with tire temperature problem due to the cold weather.

What's next? Initially, it was the plan for me going to The Netherlands for some test driving, but unfortunately I can't due to my current obligations (anyone's going to Geneva Auto Show next week during press days?). So we'll just have to see what the life will bring on the first Time-Attack race of the season on the 17th of March!

1:56 lap:

- has to be kph instead of mph
- due to the build up rush we did not have any time to fix the steering wheel at the right position

It's been quite a whiles since the last time I posted anything, but unfortunately (or luckily) I do not have much time left for it due to my current job. This has also lead to the following news... And I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do!

I'll try to post a report of the year's first race together with the next one.

Source: http://tushkanova.com/all-news/news_...andov/?lang=en

This Sunday April the 14th, race car driver and Playboy model Inessa Tushkanova will appear behind the wheel of 700 horsepower race car of Jeroentje.nl Tuning racing team during the second stage of the Dutch Time Attack Championship. She will replace her friend, pilot and owner of the car Misha Charoudin who will not be able to race that day. Disregarding the Championship system, Inessa also makes chance to win the championship of the day as well as the title of the fastest girl of Dutch Time Attack.

The event called “Duitse AutosportFestival” or German Auto Sport Festival (which has earned its name due to its past where only cars of German manufacturers could participate) will take place on the Dutch famous track Zandvoort. Apart from circuit races, drag races and another shows and activities will entertain the public.

The Dutch Time Attack goes as follows: Four classes are available for participants to enter, each one of them divided into “time windows” which are required to finish the race track. If the participant manages to finish the race track faster than the allowed time of his class, then he will be automatically placed in the higher class. In general, this measure has only negative consequences for the final result of the participant because:

a) the participant loses all of his previously earned points in the Championship

b) The higher the class, the harsher the rules (required roll cage, additional FIA-material etc.)

Since the Time Attack series are held in The Netherlands and both of the used race tracks are almost of equal length, the class division looks as follows:

Semi-Pro Street (>2:12) || Pro Street (>2:05) || Super Pro Street (>1:58) || Extreme (<1:58)

Although the race car allows her to compete in the “king” Extreme class, Inessa will start in the lower Super Pro Street class, due to the lack of track knowledge and this particular race car’s.

The day is divided into following stages: warm-up session (20-25 minutes depending on the weather, the amount of participants etc) which is scheduled to take place at 13:20 until 13:45 for this Sunday. Next, there is a qualifying session (14:40-15:05) where the top-10 of participants will be allowed to compete in the finals (15:50 – 16:05) where apart from prizes they receive points for the Championship. During the finals the participant has three laps in total whereby his second or the so-called “flying” lap is the one where he has to set his best time before returning to the pit lane after his cooling down lap. If the participant goes off track or spins around during the flying lap, the set time will still be counted.

Apart from Inessa who will fight for Jeroentje.nl Tuning racing team’s honor behind the wheel of their Subaru Impreza, she will be accompanied by the team’s race car drivers Bjorn Berkers in his Nissan S14a, Marco van Hal in Mazda RX-7 who all three will compete in the Super Pro Street, while last year’s Champion Twan van Baast will compete in the Extreme class behind the wheel of his Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8. We wish Inessa and her team much luck and success!
