To flap, or not to flap, that is the question:
Whether 'tis Cooler in the mind to suffer
The Flies and Grit of outrageous Speed,
Or to take Sun Glasses against a Sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them: to cut, to flap
No more; and buy a flap, to say we end
The heart-ache, and the thousand Drill Holes
That Dremal is heir to? 'Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be Flapped. To drill to sleep,
To sleep, perchance to Dream; Ay, there's the Vent,
For in that Flap of Impreza, what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this cold weather,
Must give us Merv's Dremel. There's the Dremel
That makes Calamity of so long life:
For who would bear the Disc Cutter and Scorns of time,
The Oppressor's Tin opener, the proud man's Dremel, [poor]
The pangs of Vented Love, the air blowing on me, [disprized]
The insolence of Office, and the Spurns
That patient merit of the ra Roof Vent,
When he himself might his Drill make
With a bare bit? Who would cut the roof,
To grunt and sweat under a weary life,
But that the dread of something after venting,
The undiscovered Country, from whose cutting
No roof vent returns, Puzzles the will,
And makes us rather bear those drills we have,
Than flap to others that we know not of.
Thus Conscience does make vents of us all,
And thus the Native flap of Resolution
Is drilled o'er, with the pale cast of carbon roof,
And enterprises of great pitch and moment, [pith]
With this regard their vents turn awry, [away]
And lose the name of Action. Soft you now,
The fair roof vent? Nymph, in thy Orisons
Be all my dremelling be remembered.
There you go Ian I think that sums it up
Ian are there any overlaps etc there need cleaning up on the roof ? To be serious just for a second if your fitting and Merv's as well vents I did ask Merv how this stuff cuts, you could do with something to practice on ? It could be worth a call to the manufacturer to ask advice.
I don't know whether people are aware but carbon fibre is effected by ultra violet light, as it starts to discolour and eventually degrade in direct sunlight without protection. A UV resistant polyurethane based paint covering is a must and extra sun filters like Kleers (car sun cream) can also help in summers months. So don't use untreated carbon fibre as you will be surprised how quickly it's ruined by UV light.

already had comms with Chris!
