That's a bargain. Next time I get my map tweeked I will probably get the spare map upped to 18% as it's so much cheaper than super unleaded.

Currently I wait till I'm just below 1/4 tank, put a 5 litre jerry can into a tank and then simply fill it up with petrol. Dead easy.

Just do not try adding extra Meth that the car is NOT mapped for, as it leans the mixture out and your engine will fail.

I am going to be running meth too, I have a 2.5l container and a 25l container, and I will be mixing my Meth prior to putting it in the car, just to be safe. and ensure i am getting the right mix every time.

It also means i do not have the issue of having x amount of fuel / meth in the tank and adding 5l of meth + the fuel could lead to me having more meth in tank than desired.

I wouldn't have it in a 2nd map just for 10% inclusion, run it all the time for that. 20% would make the switching maps worthwhile but your 440 injectors may not flow enough, with meth the engine uses more fuel.
I've used it for the last 3 years or so at 10% inclusion without issue, I buy 4x25litre at a time. I've tried the drum which is so much cheaper but it's what you do with the empty drum, local scrapyard??
I don't do many miles so I have routine, take 3ltrs meth with me to the pumps, put it in before the fuel then in with 27litres V-Power. Use so the mix is continually refreshed. In a routine there is safety, it dangerous if it's absorbed in the skin so use gloves which cover the wrists, use well ventalated building when metering it out, always stand upwind when putting it into the car if there's a gale blowing.
Don't be tempted to change the mix, increasing the meth inclusion may cause the injectors to run lean when you're flat out.
Some car's respond better than others but you wont know until you've tried it.
hope this helps.

I think it's worth pointing out that the mix is critical for you to stick to if you have it tuned to that mix. The stochiometric point of petrol is 14.7:1, with a 20% meth mix it becomes 13.04:1. So the fuel map would need to be approx 12% richer all over to compensate for the use of meth. Mixing less methanol with petrol nets a richer AFR but a more detonation prone fuel. Mixing more meth to petrol nets a leaner AFR but more resistance to detonation.

Standard petrol is very accurately produced, so I think the same accuracy should go into the mix of meth that owners do, but inevitably it isn't that easy always.

Steve - i very much doubt whether you have injector headroom for it unless putting 550s in.

It is worth the hassle though even if it costs the same as vpower as the power and torque gains can be dramatic in some circumstances
