I am 37 next week but have always had good hearing maybe too sensitive could be hyperacusis.

+1 One of my friends rents p.a and lighting equipment got him to set a rig up at my place problem solved

I am currently, at 1:30am, blasting out any music I can find. **** neighbours dogs barking has me awake at 7am. So he can listen to my music while he wants to go to kip. The back door is open for extra noise

They are supposed to, Les. Our Council are useless and won't do anything. Too scared to do their jobs properly.
