There is a thread on rarest scoobs somewhere. From memory the uk MY11 saloon was something like 291. Not the rarest though.

Hi all,

Does anybody have any thoughts on the Mishimoto TMICs?

http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/pro...oducts_id=4058

Also looking for a full set of bulb upgrades, interior and exterior. Where is the best place to go?

Thanks

Pt82 has just fitted a Mishimoto tmic to his spec C hatch, and he tracks it, so should be able to give you feedback ; he regularly posts on the original hatch thread

Unless one logs air intake temperatures under the same ambient conditions I don't believe the marketing speech of Mishimoto.
I've once fitted a Mishimoto radiator which had a weep from one of the welds, I removed it immediately and fitted the OEM one back.
It's probably my bad experience with the brand but I don't think highly of their products.

The Mishimoto one is black and will fit the colour scheme of my engine bay better than the standard TMIC.

ive got a mishimoto tmic , does the job considerably better than the stock one , also you will blow the end tanks of the stock one over 1.5 bar ,, and they perform rubbish over 5k the stock tmic becomes heat soaked and you will struggle to hit consistent power runs , mishimoto is rated to 500 hp and sadly helped me go from an inconsitant , 390 hp , to a steady consistent solid 415 hp
and it looks good

it all depends on what oil you use and the operating temp of that oil A 30w acts like a 30w at 100 deg c here’s a good video

Hi all,

Here is a quick pic of the old girl.

Any idea if the MY15 steering wheel is a straight fit for my 2012 WRX Sti? Also got a problem with the wing mirror where it won't cut out. Any ideas on a fix for it?

Thanks,

8ulldog

Hi all,

Does anybody have any idea what part number the circled item is, its the splash guard for the passenger side front wing? I can find the numbers for all the retainers but not this.

Thanks in advance.

The above looks to be a US site and items (1&) 2 that you are looking for a part number for was only fitted to the standard non widebodied 2.0L MY11 impreza wagon in Europe.

The WRX STI has the full undercover item 4 in your post.

Are you actually after the inner wing mudguard??

Was fitted at Richard Henry's but he said it was straight forward enough but I've had to do away with fogs. Waiting for the covers to arrive. Really happy with it though.

Can anyone please confirm which of the below would be suitable for a MY11 Hatch:
KDT910
Or
KDT902

Whiteline said they can't confirm 100% and the difference between the 2 is the prongs. I've had a look under my car but they're not visible at all without removing:

I think I need the KDT910 and the KDT902 are for the MY08 rabble.

From the 08/09 Hatches thread

It's probably a good bet that it's the later KDT910's , given the above and as the fitting instructions for them even say MY11............
