Yes I found the same trying to get hold of them. Wayne took a few weeks to reply to an email, grrrrr.
I spoke to someone else and got info straight away.
What are you after?
Might want to try forge motorsport.

They have taken orders over the phone from me in the past?? Just sounds like a w**ker on the other end of the phone...you get that in a lot of places. I think the people who sell thru Demon tweeks do cores too, AJ Fabrications. Dont have a number for them though, only Demon Tweeks. Forge must do cores too, and I think another place, I seen in a Fats Ford mag, GRS Motorpsort, offering a good RS turbo IC, maybe do cores. 01935 479014
HKS also do cores, but id be scared to ask the price.

A H Fabrications 01432 354704 may be worth a try ?
My Pace cores were 10 days delivery and they took card details OK
I also told them to be careful with the core whilst handling, I've seen some 'new' cores that are in a disgusting state due to poor handling !

Been in the garage and done some work... did a bit of wiring... moved some hoses.. looked to see how long the ally tubing wants to be.. and then refitted all the headers and gaskets... So all that needs doing exhaust wise is the downpipe.. Need to get under the car with the angle grinder and chop the bolts that I welded into the up-pipe...
Also bought a band saw now.. so I can chop sheet aluminium to make a water injection tank etc..

Yet again Ive been in the garage... taken pics but couldnt upload as scoobynet was down...
Anyway...
Removed right hand radiator bracket.. so it can be welded back on in std location (Why did I seam Weld it?)
Cut down the two bolts that were too long on the back of the up pipe... (stopping the downpipe fitting.. Tried cutting with die grinder and small cutting wheel but was taking too long... so managed to mount a angle grinder cutting disk in the air drill... job done in 5 mins...
Then mounted down pipe to gearbox hanger thing and bolted to centre section... Bolted flange to turbo and then tack welded the downpipe onto the flange when it was lined up...
Down pipe has now been removed and seam welded around one side, the other side has been cut open and needs some metal welding in for wastegate side... Should be done later tonight (I want dad to give me a hand with this one, two heads are better than one and all that.. besides it will be neatly bent if he helps me!)
So All exhaust work should be done by tonight... Lower strut brace can then go on and in theory car could go back on the floor.. actually no it can't uprated ARB and Droplinks yet to go on..
Intercooler core is either coming on friday or monday.. Knocklink and 2.5Bar Map sensor should be here today... Water Injection sometime around the weekend.

Sorry about the delay David, there should have been some in there IIRC. Although that could have explained why my little 106 went boom.

In the pack of jets make sure you have everyone that is listed in the fuel no2 table.
See you later!

Where you getting the knocklink from?? Im waiting on mine still ( Hint Hint Jamie ) 2.5 bar map sensor. Whats that from, and is it 2.5bar positive pressure?? or 2.5bar above zero ( vacuum )making it 1.5 bar boost guage reading.

An escort cosworth map sensor reads 250Kpa, or 1.5 bar above atmos. Basically 1.5 bar bar pressure, or approx 21psi. It actually goes off scale at 257Kpa. The 2.5 bar it refers to is 2.5 bar absolute. Subtract 1 bar for atmospheric pressure. I am using one on my Granada, but I will be going for a 3 bar soon, as Im not really happy with a 1.5bar limit. They only seem to be about £50 from some cossie places for a Weber Marelli one. 1.5 bar just isnt enough

See I thought it was 2.5bar normal whatever you call it 2.5 bar... not wimpy 2.5bar absolute... bit of a waste of £40
Seeing if I can source a 3bar now...

That, my friend, is the bollox!
Your pub gas could have been better, but there you go. That looks real nice.
As for the sensor, if it's new, see if you can return it, otherwise I am sure a home can be found for it somewhere, especially as the sensor does read higher than 2.5 bar, just a bit inaccurate, should be fine for the limit though. Plenty of people should be okay with a 21.5psi limit (like me for instance!).
