import the clip....drag it down to the timeline.
since the sound isnt that important here
you could right click the clip in TL and select 'unlink audio and video', after that delete the audio track.
Then if you have divX installed, othervise grab it at www.divx.com
you could export your clip as divx.
I just tried...made it to a 3.5mb file instead

you told me off for posting pics.... I have done some more work as I raided my mates van and took about 10m of hose...
he fixes forktrucks for a living... Ok then... the pipe that runs from the top of the throttle body... where does this run to? Does it go to something under the inlet manifold? and does the fpr connect to one of the connections on the inlet manifold?

I have some to put, just havent had time... Started drilling inlet to tap it last night... got my dad to give me a hand as I didnt want to get it wrong... spent more time making a bit of tube fit inside the throttle body so that we could locate it in the inlet manifold....
Engineer's...
Anyway once thats done and the breathers are back on, water hoses relocated this can go back on the car.. With some spacers and a couple of gaskets
Another question... the hose that runs from inlet to fpr, is this vacumn hose or pressurised hose? as you normally have a vacumn in the inlet ?? --> servo etc?? but if the turbo is blowing 25psi is it not under pressure
I dont get it...
Wheres the best place to buy 4mm ID Vacumn / Pressure hose (Delete as appropriate) from? Also 10mm ID hose for water pipe??
Ideas?
Ill upload some pics tonight if thats ok with you andy
Where are your pics anyway?? email if you prefer.

I got a length of vacuum/pressure hose supplied with my FPR from FSE. Most vacuum hose has a pressure rating too, try demon tweeks.
Re my new toys pics, still polishing it yet M8

Vacuum under part throttle contitions, and positive pressure under boost conditions. Usually there is a one way valve in the line to the servo, so as not to pressurise the servo can. The pressure in a very small diameter pipe is quite small so will rarely burst under boost conditons ( unless running around 40-50 psi ) What to watch out for is the hose collapsing under vacuum. Still, any half decent fuel line will do well.

Some more pics then...
Making a cardboard template...

Scribed line needs cutting out..

Drilled some holes and then removed the semi circle piece..

Cut out before tidying..

Trial fitting tube...

Cutting template to fit..

Tube now cut to fit..

the piece that was cut out of the bottom of the tube was hammered flat to make an end cap for the tube..

Can clearly see what needs welding here..

Have also started drilling inlet, but no photos yet..

Just so you dont overlook it.. When you are cutting and piecing together, it is sometimes easy to forget that you have to actually be able to get the welder in to weld the bits together... The inner section of the bend looks tight against the intercooler, can it be welded, or will you have to leave a section open at the top, to weld from the inside, then weld it shut afterwards.. Just in case......

I thought about that... You can just get in from the end... and in from the sides... As I can weld, i do actually consider these things
it will be tight but can be done...
i was a bit reluctant to do the pipe like this but what the hell..

Yeah its a diy kit... you get a url and a list of phone numbers... oh and then there are the special bits that are 'machined in house' seriously though for a small fee I can make people ends for fuel rails or the plate to go on the inlet
So far I can offer Machining, Drilling, possibly milling, Gas Welding / Brazing /Mig Welding / Spot Welding and soon Tig Welding... oh yeah and IT Support... anybody got any jobs going...
