Well you have done for a while now, time to move over for the noisy neighbours. All the accusations of Liverpool harking back to past glories will be levelled at Man U in ten years time.

If I was a United fan Id be worried about what quality midfielder will want to come to United without promises of alot more squad strengthening. Snieder wont want to come in January and I cant see him coming in the summer either.

Dont know, the fact theyve lost "apparently" £20million from dropping out of the CL could effect their spending power. Besides, money or not, as my last comment said, who'd want to go to a team competing for 3rd place in the league being your neighbours and Spurs

Was one of the best performances since the Arsenal and Chelsea games. I know it was only Wolves, but the passing, movement and the work ethic was all clicking today and Carrick's performance was one of his best! Phil Jones Even Rio was back to his best today The thing today was that everyone had a good game and when that happens we're a very good team, lately we've had too many passengers, why? I don't know. Complacency? perhaps. Injuries? certainly played a part but not an excuse for some of the displays we've seen.
Anyway it was a good game today and the first in weeks that I've enjoyed like that.

Jone's outstanding again on Sat (how many time's have I used that sentence this season :lol1)

Have Chelsea done us a favour or just prolonged our agony? I fear for the rest of the season without vidic but if we can male it to the new year there or thereabouts and sign sneider I think jones could fill in nicely at centre back. Or I'd be tempted by rio and smalling in the centre with fabio/rafael/fletcher/Valencia right back

Fletcher doesn't deserve to be anywhere near the first team.
Jones and Smalling are the future at CB so either can partner Rio, probnably best that Smalling does as Jones looked every inch a young Duncan Edwards in CM on Saturday

Read that a couple of hours ago, clearly a poorly timed post by me, hope he gets well asap.
But the fact remains he is Fergie's "token" sweaty but not good enough for the first team when fit and well.

Fergie says he's not buying anyone in Jan, but in light of Vidic and Fletcher being out for the season I have a couple of players he could get on the cheap
I wonder if Becks wants a 6 to 18 month contract ? I'd love to see him finish off at United, if SAF took Larsson for 6 months aged 37 then there's room for Becks
Cahill would be good cover for Vidic and would be less than 10Mil.

Interesting, probably ABU's clarifying the result from Basle was actually correct

As for Becks he's got exactly what we're missing and that is that killer pass that no one in the center of the park possesses apart from maybe Cleverly. I think he'd jump at the chance to join United.

Quite like the idea of Becks even though he's even slower than he was when we got rid.We need a defensive midfielder probably more though- at the moment it's a stroll through the park for opposing teams through our midfield which just exposes the nervous defence/goalie situation even more
