Taking a stand against poor Traders
Interesting debate.
I agree with shaun though
Utmost would be right
LOL
Seriously though it is a difficult area and there are so many pros and cons either way but I feel a feedback area would be good with a way of leaving good both positive and negative feedback too. VERY hard to moderate though and really is a can of worms with libel laws if any unjustified negative feedback is given.
In short, I dont think it will ever happen but it can kind of happen anyway through just normal thank you (or the opposite) threads in Scoobynet General

On a regular basis I recieve feedback from both WMI and SN members moaning about certain companies.
The complaints are usually about:
The way they have been treated/spoken too.
Poor product/service/workmanship .
Poor after sales.
Poor commuinication.
Poor shipment/postage.
Group buys
Poor refund/exchange policy
the same names keep appearing time and time again
These companies make a good living from our hard earned cash!
Isn't it about time we put pressure on these "specialists" to get there acts together.
Shape up and look after your customers our face loosing business from all of us.............
I suggest that if the above applies to you as a trader (you all know who you are), stop reading this, pick up the phone and get in touch with your customers before they take business elsewhere.
Remember the customer is always right
Perhaps SN could also create a open public area where cases/complaints can be opened (a bit like the paypal resolution centre)
I am not here to make enemies folks but it is about time someone stood up to these companies. Together we can make changes.
Please discuss

we all spend a lot of money on our cars, the very least we deserve is good customer service and quality products, its bad enough being grunted at by your local shell garage sri lankan franchisee when buying fuel, let alone being treated badly by everyone else who we deal with in connection with our cars.
so, as said above, get your acts together people, or business will be taken elsewhere.
