As you clearly won't answer your phone once again and because you don't reply to PM's, I have no choice but to use the site to contact you what are you going to do about my ballast?????? I have been very patient waiting just over 2 weeks for a replacement to receive it Saturday, I went to fit it and its a non working ballast, now im not waiting another 2 weeks,

??????????

im sure theres 2 sides to the story but what i dont get is why people are still paying OTT prices on HID kits when the same can be had elsewhere for like 40-50 quid cheaper

I was driving along and smelt some burning, checked the car over and the ballast stunk it also poped the fuse for the lights on that side, I swapped the working ballast to check and both sides work fine, I also had the rest of the wiring checked etc etc and was told it is a faulty ballast, Ive got the new ballast here and its not working on either side, Once again i used the 1 working on both sides and it works fine so it has to be the ballast

Hardly, I am sure Bob enjoys the banter and I am sure he'll sort Shane out with a ballast that works. He is Scoobynets No.2 Trader after all

Makes you wonder why the fella hasn't replied to this thread when you know he's been on. I've never bought anything from him so can't comment, but threads like this don't half put potential customers off.

Rightly so mate diagnosis wise you have done exactly as I would, testing the good one and suspected faulty one each side to eliminate and identify the problem.

Shane:

Apologies if you've been unable to get a hold of me today.

If I'm on the phone to someone else or doing other work I simply cannot take every call. It's not because it's you (as we don't know who is calling), it's simple because it's physically only possible to do so many things at once.

It's been a long bank holiday, which although was nice, it means 4 days worth of orders and queries to get through. I always aim to get it done on the same day, but can't always get it done asap.

I haven't replied to any emails yet or PMs, whether they be sales or queries, nor had the time to post on SN.

Will get another ballast out to you today though.

We can only learn and improve. We do pride ourselves on having a A1 customer service, I think we've been the victims of our own success to some extent and maybe don't have as much time as before to sort genuine customer problems. This will all be changing over the next couple of weeks though with a new telephone system in place with the option to hold on and where all calls will be answered.

Alcazar: Stop trolling and $hit stirring. Has census work finished and now back to being a idle retired school teacher, with nothing but a keyboard for company?! Get a life. There is a reality behind your little virtual world.

Thank You

You have to see my frustration i sent the ballast next day cost me £3 something, You got it 7th April, After 2/3 calls wondering where new ballast is, I get the new ballast on the 23rd that's 12 working day's, My main concern was having to wait another 12 working day's to get another ballast,

I think the new telephone system is a great idea, will certainly help, I think you are also right and with you great selling success you haven't been able to sort problems such as mine,

This thread isn't meant to be slagging your company off just trying to get your attention

Thanks Shane, I fully understand, unfortunately threads like these give trolls who have nothing constructive to add a chance to $hit stir for no reason.

Will get it out today. The miserable girl on the phone always sounds like that, will be disposing of her in the next couple of weeks also as she gives the company a bad image. Don't know why it wasn't done sooner to be honest

Ho! Ho! So you've BEEN online but not had time to deal? Muahahahahahahha

Me? Trolling? Surely not, I'm one of your biggest fans, BOBBY, didn't you know? As is Harvey!

Nope, Census work is ongoing, but I can pick and choose my hours

And where you got the idea I'm an ex-teacher from, I don't know? CoB thinks so too

I'm MARRIED to a HEAD-teacher.....will that do you?
Or are you another one who was bullied at school so hates teachers? LOL
