A plan has been hatched.

New engine is being built as I type.

Going to be a busy week lol
Remove current engine which is still fine and put to one side, fit new engine, turbo etc, run in, map and race at scoobyshootout

imho for road use anything more than 500bhp size turbo is going to be too laggy on a 2litre.

Had a spare hour tonight before it got dark so started swirl pot and bosch 044 install.

Setting off to drive mike latimers to collect the engine (hope it fits in the boot).

Many thanks to Justin and Richard who popped over to lend a hand also today and huge thanks to CJ for his help and for loaning me his car so I could pop home this evening for parentental duties, and of course for help, tool, garage etc

prep work on new one going in then done - sump, covers, cambelt, pulleys, water pipes, dipstick etc
