I find the "Standard" commercially sucessful weepies have been played to death and as such dont have that impact anymore because you've heard them that many times.
So many songs mean so many things to me, they dont even have to be weepies, countless songs make me sad others make me happy, most will remind me of someone somewhere or something evoking a multitude of memories and emotions.

It was at a time when I had to make a very hard personal decison on whether to return from Oz for family reasons, very emotional and when I hear it it takes me straight back there.
I prefer obscure weepies that were album tracks and didn't/don't get over played.
Looking forward to seeing what Luan's link is when I get home as YT is blocked at work.
I'll leave you with a commercial weepy, a true story lyrically, and released at the time of my Daughters birth, made me happy and sad, happy to know my daughter was fine and how lucky we were and sad when you put yourself in the position of those parents that go through the trauma.
