Jura - we know your wiring is OK as we simulated the documented resistance range of your after-market sender using fixed resistors equivalent to full and empty, and Syvecs was reading the correct value.
It was only when we wired your sender back in that you get silly readings - after we found the damaged (non-standard) wire from your sender that had been cut through by a sharp metal edge. That is why we think your sender is maybe stuck, or faulty.

Hi Tim
Aftermarket(AutoMeter) fuel sender is replaced for OE sender unit and reading is still the same,I've tried put voltage readings to the Dash2 SW,but still the same readings as we have before
Agreed before when we are tried with you we have very silly readings,we are suspected AutoMeter can be faulty(damaged)

Well... a lot has happened since I updated this thread...
three podium finishes in Time Attack and gaining 3rd place overall in the championship for the pro class. Getting fastest subaru at every event last year and having a great year of development too.
so 2013 brings new stuff, new challenges and new excitement
so the big news:
I am delighted about this as Phil is super quick 
and will hopefully make the car even more of a frontrunner especially with gobstopper 2 coming out to play with us this year 
Also a slight colour change ....
This was it on the BC stand at Autosport earlier this month
In the daylight, it really glows and I love it

PHIL GLEW TO PILOT THE BC RACING IMPREZA
Phil Glew of British GT, Clio Cup, BTCC fame and also a previous Time Attack Pro winning driver has been confirmed as the main driver for the BC Racing Time Attack Impreza in this year's UK Time Attack Championship. Duncan Graham of RaceDynamix who owns, builds and maintains the near 800bhp machine will step aside from driving duties so that Phil can extract the best pace from the car against very tough competition in the top tier Pro class, leaving him to concentrate on getting the car set up perfectly and running at its best.
BC Racing who are the main sponsors for the car are delighted that Phil will be piloting the car for this years campaign as the pace he showed at a first timing outing last year proved that he and the car has the capability of building on the excellent 3rd place overall in the championship last year and proving their suspension systems in one of the toughest and competitive environments.
It will no doubt be a big learning curve for the team but we look forward to the challenges that this year will bring and in working closely with Phil to get the car in the best shape for him, against the ever improving competition, we hope to make it a very successful year.

New brakes for 2013:
Some other changes in progress:
1) out with the OBP Pedal box and in with a Tilton Pedal Box I have acquired for a bargain price second hand. Just need some master cylinders and the build quality and set up will be much better.
2) No major plans for power increases but will be aiming to top the 800 mark once the larger injectors are sorted and in shortly
3) I have tied up a sponsorship deal with Corbeau and Luke for seats, rails and harnesses respectively and a custom set of these are on their way I will upload pics when they are fitted.
4) More work on the DRS system to make it work properly at all speeds ... this was it in early test stages last year:

We are the UK distributor of both KSport and D2 Racing (as well as Hardrace, Kleers, BC Racing, a key Ohlins distributor, key Takata distributor etc).
The D2 Racing kits now come with 6 pot calipers for the 330mm and 356mm front kits. The pistons run external dust seals. The D2 Racing kits also come with drilled rotors rather than grooved.
I already have a few kits out being proven, including a set of 330mm on John Felsteads STi.
We have changed Duncan to D2 Racing to add to the information gathering when the kits are run in an extreme environment
A quick plug for BC, this gives an insight into the production process of the BC Racing product range, a factory tour:

weather for round 1 at cadwell this weekend is looking a little erm different
Car is almost ready to hand over to Phil Glew who will be pedalling around his local track for me.
Will post some pics up in the next day or two when it is nice and clean

Well... now that the dust has settled on the weekend I thought it would be good to write a report on our experiences at round 1 at Cadwell.
It was a freezing cold day up there and unfortunately we had not had any testing time with Phil over the winter due to extended work schedules but the car was ready albeit a little untested
We hit issues though in the first session with the main fuel pump dying which caused it to run enormously lean and for us to abort that session to save the engine whilst we swapped to run on the secondary Fuelab Prodigy pump. Because of this I had to guestimap the car for the second session... and guess safer.
The car ran rich as a result and despite Phil loving the handling and braking courtesy of BC Suspension, Hardrace and D2 along with the new Tilton pedal box we were well down on power and a new issue reared its head with a blown uppipe gasket. Fumes were bad for Phil and we came in having recorded 1 flying lap.
Then it was qualifying.... we fixed the gasket as best we could but it wasn't a complete fix and still only low boost we managed a couple of laps as the gasket blew again arghhh and we called phil in. This time there was other damage to surrounding wiring that was causing a misfire along with other issues.
For the final we removed the gasket altogether and accepted that the mating surfaces wouldn't completely seal but as there was no gasket there couldn't be a blow to the gasket. We knew it wasn't right but with the pro field diminishing quickly due to mechanical issues and crashes we had to get out for at least one flying lap for points. Playing the long game this early but we came away from the weekend in 3rd place in the championship and very happy with that. There were some incredible pluses from the weekend in the handling and braking that have all improved further still since last year and we look forward to being competitive in round 2
