That's a completely fallacious comparison - Gorillas aren't Human! You might just as well say that Giant Pandas eat nothing but bamboo shoots and they do ok!
(By the way, Giant Pandas are recent carnivores imperfectly adapted to vegetarianism and they're continuously on the brink of starvation as a result. )

im impressed especially as youre veggie and only 20
im 21 16st love eating meat (not red meat) also eat alot of eggs and fish
powered by protein suppliments... its very hard to train or do 'body building' especially if you're veggie... a lad i know in my gym is sikh and doesnt eat fish,eggs or any type of meat what so ever...he is 11st and and been training for 2years but fully understands he wont get bigger by just eating vegetables,however he has started taking protein drinks and has put on a little size

Same here no eggs, fish or meat.
I use USN and BSN protein 2 times a day and eat well..
When I was 18 I started working out, I was 79KG and 6ft 1. (I could hardly do anything)
Now nearly 21 I am 99.6KG and 6ft 2.
Much healthier and stronger but it takes a lot of effort.
I have 2 breakfasts every morning and have 2-3 medium meals after that.
