Thanks Ryan for making a bracket for inter cooler pipe work that goes down behind the radiator to keep it away from the fan blades spot on job and works a treat.
Looks the dogs mate thanks
A pic of the car after its first run in over 15 mths needs a bit of setting up but that's Duncan's job bleed the brakes as pedal is still abit spongy then on to trailer to head for RCM

Well had a hectic final day down the workshop brakes are now spot on and feel solid thanks Tim for pointing out that I had put the rear callipers on the wrong side and explained to me the bleed nipple should be at the top !!! Doh learning all the time.
So after changing those over then to set the resr camber which has been set as a starter to 1.5 deg neg camber with 0.5 on the front with 4 wheel alignment now done aswell it was onto the trailer it went ready for the 3hr drive to Hinckley!
I must say I've probably learnt more in the last 2 visits from Tim than in the last 10 years of ownership !!! If you need help he's very helpfully and knowledgeable and would recommend Tim aka (subbus) to anyone thanks for all your help appreciate it.
Also thanks to Ryan for sealing all holes in the front arches and making some great inner wings pics up later but again spot on job thanks !
Ready for tommorow for Duncan's magic

I started seriously watching this project when the shell headed off to Custom Cages, noone goes to that trouble & expense unless they are serious.
Hope you get the results you are hoping for tomorrow.

Thanks guys it's the first time tnite I've been able to relax knowing the car is all done and no more stressing steady drive up tommorow and hope it holds together .
Not looking for massive power but 350 would be nice , the car has been set up DI should perform well on track .
Thanks for all your support just need to find a disc now to download the whole project but I'm sure it's not going to end here just sorting out a few track days at my local to tracks then enter a few sprints later on .
Thanks again all for watching

Made 352bhp and 405 lb/ft today at RCM but had a fuel issue I need to sort out running lean we even had RCM flow check the injectors and they where fine seems to be a blockage somewhere so il be removing all pipe work and cleaning out also going to check the filter is fitted the right way ! Still think its a fuel rail issue but dunc mentioned there's still a bit left but was unsafe to do anymore runs untill this particular problem is solved .
Met olly clarke and all the staff at RCM very friendly and helpfully bunch
Thanks to Duncan who always puts in 100% even under pressure hope to get this problem rectified and get it back ASAP bit gutted to say the least !

Dude, despite what people say to your face all new builds have teething issues. Anyone that does this amount of work on a car will encounter problems in the early days.
Look at what you've done, stand back and realise what a massive achievement you have accomplished so far.
Chin up, tiny fuel issue is nothing in the grand scheme of things.
I think you should be very proud, well done.

Booked on the rollers again at RCM next Thursday lets hope this is it!
All the fuel lines have been cleaned including rails , found that the larger O ring that seals the rail to the manifold somehow found its way into my bench and was fitted with the others I ordered from Carl davey .
This is obviously the wrong one coupled with a not so tight fuel rail so sucking in more air than fuel hey presto car runs lean !!!
Ordered new set of injector o rings again from Carl davey and re booked another session with Duncan next thursday
