Lee depends on ratios, but 1st is longer in our case and 70mph@5th at 2500RPM which is good for motorway,on drag strip we are changing before finish line to 4th at 115mph by GPS,hope this help

A few months ago I fitted the areocatch bonnet pins but couldn't get on with them so fitted standered bonnet pins and to be honest they are 10x better

A sneak preview on decals , I nipped down to spraybay just round the corner from where I work and had a chat with them on designs for my car we came up with this white rear rap with CDR Motorsport in red on the sides the logos will also be incorporated on the bonnet and boot with white flashes on Binet to break up the black.

Personally I think it will look good .

Had a stand down day at work today so made good use of the time off and went down the garage (my second home intact if it had a shower and a kitchen I'd live there ) !!!

As my decals are now being made and will be fitted over the next week or so I need to get one job out the way which is the drivers rear arch is starting to bubble so removed the rear lights and bumper ready for sorting out as I don't want the vinyl rap just been used to cover up what lies beneath so on with the repair now.

I have kept my CDR sun strip but fitted the reis one I had which was kindly donated after a phone call to them explaining my situation .

The drivers side rear arch has seen better days the only real rust on it so was time to get the professionals in it started off like this

Repair was done by cutting away rust and plating and spot welding in place then a little filler sand down primer and paint .
Just a little flattening off to do tommorow then good as new

Won't be bothering with that Ryan as il be putting in a baffled tank it's not that bad actually but happy with the arch once flatted off should be 100% better.

Fitted rear tow strap today easy job really just front to do when it arrives

I used a 12mm bolt x40mm long to fasten the tow strap to the willans stress plate after drilling it out

I then marked out bumper from the back and drilled x2 10mm holes and slotted the bumper to allow the strap to come through

Just the front to do now when it arrives.
