Hi Oilman
I drive a sti type r and the person that rebuilt my engine told me to use 15w-50 full synthetic, but with the distance i drive each day it never warms up to full temp. it takes too long to reach temp. I dont want track oil for road use what oil would you recommend for short distance driving and how much for 5 litres and can you deliver to southern ireland?
I have a sti version 8 bottom end in it

The engine itself has wossner forged pistons, other internals are standard and uprated oil pump
Im getting more done so it will be heavily modified

The Syn 5 doesn't come in 5l cans to my knowledge. You could go for the Millers CRX NT as that works out pretty good value if you buy a 5l can. The sale prices have ended, but if you use the code FREECAR, you can get free delivery on orders over £30.
