I have a pro stainless deep fat fryer temp control gets really hot easy to clean,the problem with cheap pretty ones they are a pig to clean and dont get hot enough,alright for Mars bars!

Come again?

You do realise that when you smell something, your nose detects that odour a particles in the parts per million range. So when you smell something, there is hardly any of that material there.
