As a newbie I'm still finding my feet on this site. So I dont know if we have our own Welsh site moderators/site staff etc but perhaps we could request a sticky dedicated to shortish notice local impromtu runs.

I'm doing the coast road run from McD's to Rhoose on (date ) thursday evening I'll be leaving McD's at 6pm anyone want to come along .

im sure a moderator can do a stick for runs just have to ask nice
