Yeah sure it's a little airbrushed and the photographer has the light all good etc but it does demonstrate the putting on weight really adds years to you. If you keep your body fat low you really will look younger.

Anyone think she did a 'DeNiro'...maybe putting on weight for 'professional purposes' so she could shed it and make the fitness DVD?

 

Personally (and I think I said it when this thread originally got posted).. I don't think it was any accident that she got photographed wearing that hideous green outfit.
Whether she deliberately put on some extra pounds to make the final transformation that much more spectacular is something she and her agent only know.

I disagree. Nigella is carrying a bit more weight than is desirable to the skinny set and she looks fantastic

 

if you look at her below breast height you will see that she is carrying to much weight and dresses in dark colours to try and hide this fact

When guys talk about curvy women they mean healthy looking, about a size 8-12 with an hourglass figure. Not a 20 stone Jeremy Kyle guest!

 

Nigella is overweight, she just wears it well. She dresses accordingly & hides her girth well. She is still an attractive lady with big bangers, if you like that sort of thing, but there is about 2 stone too much to grab in my opinion.

i find that bigger girls are normally happier and more fun, not so hooked up on what they must eat, how much excersize to bugger about with and they seem to be better in the sack as well.

 

10 is too small. Most women can't get close to it, which is why many women are so depressed and dissatisfied with their bodies. The fashion industry is overrun with gay men who prefer to see slim-hipped, small arsed, tall, flat chested models (i.e. teenage male physique) which is in direct contrast to what we actually have - big arsed, medium chested SEXY women.

Jesus, I've never put that much thought into it. There are plenty of women who are 8 or 10 naturally without having to try or get depressed about it. It's just the way they are and they're healthy. My ex was a 10 and had a great shape - rather than being small arsed and flat chested. LOL
