Piggy bank been smashed a long time ago lol.

Will deffo be getting something done, just torn between ESL and Simtek, as both have pro`s and cons.
Would rather get it new as I can whack it on the plastic and pay back bit by bit, than have to borrow cash. Also new has a warranty, second hand doesn`t.

Valid point that Jim, it would be nice to have a warranty for that extra piece of mind! Know what your saying about the p+c's, nothing on Subau ownership is straightforward, these just so many routes you can take!

Had a bonnet scoop arrive few days ago, after 9-10 coats of matt black its still slightly grey, so must be reacting with the primer that was on it from new. Have added another coat and baked it for a few minutes in the oven and lit looks a lot better, will get clearer pics tomorrow in the day.
But for £30 odd new I can`t grumble.

It's "blooming" Jim, Matt and satin tends to do that if the application temp is to low, try buffing it or applying a coat of 1k clear.

Gonna get another can and do it in the house, instead of in my freezing garage.
Then bung it in the oven lol.

Again there is no rush as its getting sprayed anyways (eventually).
