I'm getting a coach from Istanbul to Paris tomorrow, should be fun, then who knows, sitting it out seems worse.

 

Any ideas how long this no flights thing may possibly last ?? young lad is due to fly out with his grandparents in two weeks time to spain, just beginning to wonder if things are likely to be back to normal by then ??

 

Just heard from my parents. They're visiting my brother in Hong Kong at the moment and were due to fly back tomorrow (April 21). They've just heard their flight has been cancelled and they have been rescheduled to ... May 17! I'm advising them to check themselves into an expensive hotel and send the bill the Cathay Pacific.

Ironically their ultimate destination is spain (where they now live) where the airspace is still open.

 

You should advise them to enjoy there extra stay and make the most of it... I can think of many places to be then here in the UK... lol
