1973 911S 2.4 Same engine as the famous Carrera
and almost as rare. Bought mine in 1977 for £5300 now worth £60k + for a show example, only wish I'd kept it.

You know what, reading this thread has made me realise that you could buy a 964 / 993 even on finance and not lose a single penny. Not sure whether my mind is playing tricks but could buying your all time favourite Porsche actually be a sensible investment idea?

A couple of years ago a client of ours sold his 993 RS (RHD) to a dealer for £50k
3 weeks later they sold it on for £80k!!!
