here's how i cleaned mine
how she started
2 days later
Then after days of sanding and masking
Then Painted
then after loads of work
still got a bit of tidying to do and some of the vac pipes are beingremoved but would say its 90% there

Had her back a while now (October time) but only done about 1500 miles in her (1000 of which were running in), shes not really been 'tested' yet due to work commitments (works been hectic), been building a new house (no spare time) and shes also 'allergic' to road salt
. Looking forward to the weather picking up though, its going to be a good summer with a lot of new cars on the scene this year. Plus when she goes in next year for 'phase 2' I'm going to have the benefit of yours, Jags, Daz's etc learning/builds which should hopefully save me a few ££££

I picked them up from Woodford Garage Motorsport - he is a Cosworth specialist but at the time was a good price. I'm toying with changing them for blue ones to go with my FMIC hoses
