It doesnt give the Old Bill the right image does it? I mean its splashed across most papers. Does the CPS work in Scotland?
I dont think it matters that he was stationary, all of us must have blown our noses whilst driving, is it unsafe? Absolutely not (or should that be absolutely snot?)

In scotland its to CO but they are much the same as CPS, I think the officer might receive further "training" after this, at best, and I mean AT BEST it was words of advice if he had not moved off with other traffic.

Apparently the same copper, who is known locally as "Shiny Buttons" because of his OCD attitude towards policing, also fined a man for littering when he accidentally dropped a £10 note out of his back pocket!
