Driven it?! I'm considering sleeping in it tonight!
Kev it's absolutely awesome mate....the spool is mind-boggling!
It gets it's first outing on track in it's new guise next week, can't wait. I'll be across to see you for a brew or three before then though matey.

Thanks to the continued support from the Clinic, Mikee for bringing my fuel on Sunday (top man). More plans are already formulating to make sure we get 9's this season, Paul @ Zen has some tweaks to try before the next outing.

we have not done one on a 2.1 but we have done one on a 2.5, went like f... on the road, spool was fantastic.
On a 2.1 it should be similar.
Cheers

Hi Kev, out of curiosity, I'm seeing 1 bar of boost at 2800 in fifth with my current 20G (on a 2.1 BTW) how sooner would you expect to see the above two billet turbos spool on the same set up?

Would appreciate it if you could/would
thats hardly making me want to go out and replace my own one TBH, but thanks for the honesty
oh P.S, I'm running one of Harvey Smith's up pipes which does help a bit, as for how much I'm not sure.

Hi,
not saying they will spool slower I just dont know as we have not tried on on a 2.1.
One thing for sure is they will give more power as they shift more air, spool should be the same, theoretically.
How are you data logging your spool. ??
cheers

Have you tried the SC50 billet on a built 2.0L? Any ideas on how it would perform if not.
Will be running worked V3 heads oe cams and adequate fuelling mods.

Was mapped from Andy.F last week and got the figures from him so should be accurate enough.

we have not tried a 50 billet on a 2.0ltr built engine, yet, however the SC50 Billet was intended for bigger cc engines such as the 2.1, 2.33 and 2.5 ltr engines.
It will do the power but probably be a bit laggy, that said though less laggy than other non billet turbo's, again its something that we need to try.
Cheers

Hi,
run the car low on fuel, bring it in with 2 jerry cans containing just 16 ltrs each of V power, we will drain whats left in the tank when you get here then add the meths to the jerry cans, fill her up and map away.
You watch those BHP figures climb.
bet we max out your injectors though.
cheers
