Ego 10, not much difference between that and the 9 to justify the cost!

Jack Wood needs something new when it comes down to marker technology, would if a SL Geo will ever come out? But then again never been big fan of spoolers until I got a MacDev

Tippmann 98's, good solid mech marker, much better then some standard site rentals and made to last as well.

My collection and I don't even play tourney:

Wow, some collection.

I would kinda like to have a go, but way too scared of getting hurt.

A couple of my mates tumble dry the paintballs before putting them in the freezer as it helps even the paint and make your shot much more accurate

Agreed, I'd go to town on someone who shot at me with frozen paint Once down I'd empty their hopper of every suspicious ball at their @r$e and ***** to serve as a reminder.

That is a downside. Guess if you get into it you can fix that with a decent mask and some proper gear. Rather than wearing 85 layers and sweating your bollox off, lol.

Decent mask with a thermal lense, basically double glazed so resist fogging very well.

Before buying any marker(gun) always get a decent mask

Some nice gats there always had a soft spot for dc2 cockers. There is quite a bit of difference between the 9 and 10 mainly the electronics but there are other things too. The 10 also shoots so much smoother than the 9. SL Geo there is one owned buy Flash of Planet fame shot that a few times too very nice. I have owned quite a few gats over the years but now only own an old Halo b and an air system just borrow them from work now when i need one lol

I use to play in teams up to Effectively Semi Pro level and we just wore a long sleeve thin top in team colours.

I always found the pain from all the pulled muscles the next few days hurt more than the paint hits and when playing was so pumped up on adrenline you hardly noticed the hits unless they hit your neck head or fingars hence wearin a hat and fingar less gloves.

As to frozen paintballs never in 10 years of playing or marshalling meet anybody shooting those but like everybody heard the rummors. I use to marshal at a site as well and we knew if people were using non site paint and basicly unless site regulars only site paint was allowed so i suppose that stopped that sort of stupid idea.

Ultimately if you take somebodies eye out doing that i am sure it would be a very serious Police matter and dont think the marshalls wouldnt have a good idea who it was they get very good at recorgnising people even in all the gear.

Still paintball is brillant fun and i would recommend it to everybody just find a well run site.

P.S. it isnt cheap !!

I'm no raving feminist I'll have you know.

I'm quite happy to be honest about my weaknesses. I'm not totally pathetic, but I know my limits.

The only thing I will say I'm normally better than the other half/many blokes at, is dealing with a cold.
