Rear calipers are finally fitted

Old discs removed and caliper brackets fitted



Old and new discs, quite a difference in size eh



Fitted....



After myself and mrs blu-scoobs bleeding session, now all working and wheels re-fitted

Been busy with brakes and replacing cambelt oil change etc so not had much spare time Hope to get cracking again on it soon (I'm on annual leave next week )

mrs blu-scoob has bought me a trackday for my birthday which is at the end of next week. Hopefully get some good action pics

Been busy getting it ready this week. Oil change, plugs, leads etc....

Had to make an extended tow eye as my slightly deeper bumper covers it. I can remove it/ re-fit it as and when.




Also made a bracket for my air filter, its been flopping around for the past 3 years



My new track wheels



Just a wheel bearing to do, two tyres to swap and I'm good to go
May make a Video camera mount if I get a chance!

As they're only track wheels I'm gonna do them a really lairy colour. Didn't have time before this track day........

After her hectic track day on Friday I gave her a chilled out day at our local St Asaph classic car show yesterday. We had a great day and had fab weather

Our club NWCScoobyclub scooped first prize for best stand

Decided to paint my intercooler today. It looked really tatty and was wicking me off!

Makes it look really 'oem' now

 

Much better! Love the colour and the way the whole car looks really clean.

 

The car is looking superb mate though I have to say I prefer it on the anthracite wheels.

 

I do like a black fm core

 

They're not staying silver, these are getting painted white

Just spotted this tread and once I started to read I could not stop , An hour or so later I have reached the last post. I must say what an awsome job you have done on your car and this tread is just as good. Have you have any engine mods in the pipeline...
