Problems getting my nan in my car.

Well done SS, that must have made her day. I know just how hard that kind of work that is. Mrs Leslie cared for her mother who was very senile for some ten years and another elderly lady who was disabled, and I just don't know how she coped!
Thats the sort of day out that your Nan will remember for a long time.

Today she has asked if she can come and live with me. I laughed but i think she is serious
Having her over is one thing, full time is scary
I take my hat off to my late mum. She was her carer for a good few years but i didn't appreciate how hard it was.
I was lucky as when my nan is with her sons she cant get round the house in one go and the toilet is upstairs. But i think the car was the hardest part. I had to have the rear window down so she had more room getting in and something to hold onto.
I am taking her skateboarding next week
