LOL Terry is about as quick as me, however, Rio, when not spasming etc , is actually surprisingly quick.

Carra is dog slow these days - he himself said he didn't want to play right back as he felt exposed by pacy wingers and that was a few years ago never mind after several fruitless years of manfully manning the trenches at Anfield in an honourable journeyman sort of way.
