I have RallyArmour flaps fitted at the min but i feel the rears are a bit big. I found a cheap set of splash guards but they've no brackets so I'd like to see any pics before trying to make brackets etc.
I had some mini carbon style mud flaps on the front of mine when I got it but swapped to the larger ones

Pm me your address for a free set of fronts if you want them

Any brackets with them , or is it just the vinyl ? Or maybe they don't require brackets ? Its really only the rears i think look a bit big but was going to have a tinker with making brackets and see what smaller ones look like. May end up just keeping the big ones fitted.
Did smaller ones still do the job ?
Thanks fo the offer and i'll let you know if i decide what I'm doing

Just the vinyl as they fit into the couple of holes behind the front wheel but come with the fixings that came off , they seemed ok but with my wheels sticking out slightly more than normal I wanted to protect my rear arches so went for the bigger set

I was glad to see mine fitted when i got it. 1- i think they need them for protection. 2- the RallyArmour ones are a clean fortune !
But I'm only tinkering , probably stick with the big ones in the end

What are the rim and ET figures for hatch 17 inch wheels, as an option?
I phoned Rally Prep, and they seem to be on it, so I will visit them when the rally season is finished; the boss has had a number of Imprezas, and immediately suspected control arm bushes, so we will see.

Managed to smash my rear bumper on the M4 on Saturday, saw a bit big of metal at the last second, tried to straddle it and must have flicked it off the inside of one of the rear tyres It jumped up and split the bumper down the moulding line

Anywho, are the WRX and STi rear bumpers the same? Any recommendations as to where to buy one (I have the prep and painting covered)?

At least it was only the bumper I guess

That's not too bad actually. There's a couple of damaged ones on ebay for similar money.

Any dealer mate I'd hope as that's the RRP, I could discount 10% but by the time postage is taken into account you'd be no better off sadly

Hey Rob, Dont suppose you could look into this part number and price for me could you ?
ST96020ZR020 - Its the front lip for my WRX-S someone told me its £350 but thats ridiculously steep for a lip. Im trying to see if it comes in too parts also, i believe there is a rubber attachment which runs below the quoted part number?

Been looking at these for the last few months ,, I kept the front and rears from my blob eye but sold the rears when they didn't fit the hatch and when I went to buy another set I ended up buying a classic RA with the money instead lol ,, bet it doesn't nose dive now

Looked into it, 2 in stock at Subaru under a new part number E2410FG110 £325 Plus vat

There is a lip to attach, I'll dig the number out for that

Ha i was being a bit tad optimistic in thinking a new painted bumper skin for less than painting my existing one!

Front bottom line in carbon for the GH8 (narrow bodied wrx) is £394 from Japanparts plus carriage (fedex £250) plus vat plus import duty plus admin charge.

I know someone who imports cars who'd happily chuck it in a car he is importing for a couple quid. Also don't have to buy it from Japan Parts either. There are heaps of other places that sell it in Japan that will be considerably cheaper.

I paid less than half of what it would cost to buy here - for a set of Volk TE37s from Japan for my STi Type R.
