I feel loved again!

So many lovely examples on this thread. I've fitted my Perrin radiator shroud tonight and most of the Rallytech bolt kit, so just waiting for my intercooler cover to arrive from the States and then it's time to forge.

If I can get somewhere near to your performance Domino I'd be ecstatic.

To be honest I thought I'd only get around 450 from my current turbo so I was ecstatic with those numbers aswell

So im looking now at replacing bushes on the car, i know i can go aftermarket etc, but looking to see what bushes where upgraded during the facelift saloon/hatch launch which supposedly got Spec C setup

Bushes im interested in are:-
Front wishbone - front bush - 12
http://opposedforces.com/parts/impre...nt_suspension/

Rear subframe - chassis mounts

Rear hub assembly parts 5 & 8
http://opposedforces.com/parts/impre...llustration_1/

Was there revised version & different part numbers as opposed forces doesnt show later years

The three bushes you mention remain the same throughout, although the

"bushing transverse link front" (item 12) originally 20204AJ000 is superceded by 20204AG030

The 4 rear subframe bushes are only obtainable with the subframe which has a different part number for MY11 onwards.

The main change is the pillowball front transverse link rear bearing (items 1,3 and 9 ) as against the original rubber bush. (I think this requires a complete link replacement?? and later cars only have the one rear headlight leveling sensor - no front one)

Rubber bush

PillowBall minus dust cover

Also:

Front ARB 20 becomes 21mm dia

Rear ARB 18 becomes 19mm dia

Hi everyone,

Thinking off buying a set of 19" alloys for my hatchback Impreza sti. What effect will it have from the 17" standard alloys? I.e. Handling/performance.

Any thoughts appreciated

Default P0031 & p0037 codes

Went out tonight to move car so I could get other car in for a quick wash. After idling for a few minutes the dash liite up light a Christmas tree.

Recently fitted a turbo back exhaust and cai and waiting to head to Andy forest next week.

Codes just related or have I got a possible issue to sort quickly?

Cheers
Phil

P0031 - Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

This relates to A/F sensor in the manifold

P0037 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

This relates to O2 sensor at the end of the down pipe (if still fitted)

Check the wiring/connectors to both.

Would be lucky if I've done 20 miles since fitting it all. Trying to avoid using it all together

That's that I was hoping is the issue, where did you source a replacement from and what was the damage. Will check all wiring anyway just as a precaution.

How's it effect performance compared to the 17" alloys? Thinking rolling weight compared to a smaller lighter wheel/acceleration etc etc etc

Thanks for your time

Picked up gearknob from MY05-07 STI as i prefer the styling with the red stitching in it - surprisingly though its only about half the weight of the std hatch sti ****

i know all about the pro's/con's of weighted shift rods & ***** etc but i wonder subaru felt the need to change it for the hatch

anyhow ill see how different it feels over coming days/weeks. cant remember the gear throw being a big issue in my old Spec D

Was to give the feel of smoother engagement, I believe there were internal changes to the gearbox also.
