Got abit bored of my wheels so thought I'd paint them, not many colours go with gunmetal,

Done a few photoshops and red seems to be the only way to go.

My 330S is approaching 100K miles (fresh forged engine though) and I'm sure the original shocks must be getting tired now. I plan to keep the car for some time so what do people recommend on here? Replace with OE or KYB or go for some AST coilovers or equivalent? It's my do everything car, family days out, weekend toy and the occasional track day so don't want too harsh a ride but a bit stiffer than standard is fine. Thanks.

Has anybody installed a rear parking camera? If so what did you use and how OEM does it look?

I've just got hold of the head unit with sat nav from the 330 and fancied fitting one.

Thanks

Been after for ages and it came up on eBay for sale in Romania. Seems really good though has a feature for reversing camera and fancied giving it a go.

Swapped my 330 Strereo for a kenwood one as I didn't think it had a reverse camera or iPhone connection (that charges the phone aswell),, iv now found out you can have both ill prob end up putting my 330 stereo back in

Does the reverse camera just plug into the back of the 330 stereo ? As I haven't even looked lol

My rear seats are now off at the trimmers being recovers in bride graduation material and black with red stitching to match my front bride stradia 2's

My reverse camera was cheap off ebay, it has a metal housing that I painted white.
For the 330s kenwood satnav I needed a little harness to give me the video input and got the harness for a aftermarket sub at the same time.
They were off a guy in the states his name escapes me now but I could probably dig out the details.

It has the AV input for the camera, must need to attach something else so that it knows the car is reversing. It also came with a 30pin iPhone adaptor as well.

Question Hatchback vortex

Hi

Has anyone fitted a vortex to there hatchback? Can't decide whether they'll hold in bern stuck on with double sided tape!?!?

Also not sure where the best place to source them from? Genuine subaru stock them in USA, but end up with silly charges added when delivered 👎

Any help appreciated 🙏🏻

I too have a Kenny headunit but I copied Abres install as per this thread: https://www.scoobynet.com/ice-2/1008...installed.html

Camera needs a bit of work when the weather is better as I can't get it to the right angle, but that's down to the poor quality of the housing. The camera was about 12 quid and came with the hole saw included

Hi Guys, I know this isn't the best area to ask question but can anybody tell me what diff is used in the 2008 Sti? Im only familiar with the R180 but far as I can tell the hatch doesn't use that diff.

I'm in need of a rear seal and possibly input seals if they are weeping too.

Not posted for a while.. Are the red overlays still available anymore?

After bringing the hatch out of hibernation I have decided to keep her for another year and desperately need to get rid of those standard rear lights.

Cheers, nice to see more people getting hatches these days!

Subaru Performance Tuning (SPT/SOA) version.

If stuck on correctly - no problems.
