Jamie330S - did you fit the reverse camera?

I'd love the camera for my 330S, but I refuse to pay the silly £500 Subaru want

I paid £248 for mine from local dealer. About the same as the aftermarket ones I was looking at and was really easy to fit.

I bought a BaysonR front splitter from the states, I think it cost around £100 delivered. It looks the same as the genuine thing and is made from Polyurethene so it's flexible. It just doesn't come with the badge (or hefty price tag).

I have fitted a Kenwood camera to the Kenwood NAVI unit that comes with the 330S. It's not as subtle as the Subaru £500 unit, but after my 09 FRS I needed it back.

Very nice mate, I'm seriously considering getting a complete respray in white.

It doesn't look too low, hopefully speed bumps won't be an issue for you

Prodrive Eibachs are only 10-15mm drop. no problem over speed bumps round my way.

why don't you go a WHITE wrap?

Not an Impreza but gives you a good idea of a White Wrap

I would wrap but the car is covered in stone chips down both sides and the bonnet. So it needs paint anyway and I'm planning on keeping it for a while so I'm seeing it as an expensive opportunity to turn it white or at least a colour that won't affect resale too much

Deffo 51E if I decide to do it, don't like the pearl stuff either!

I'll ask what paint I've been quoted for. What's the benefit of having Sikkens over any other? I asked for scratch resistant clear coat which I think most places would use anyway

STI copycat front lips are here. I've ordered several parts from this company and it's all next day service.

Don't see many of the pear white ones, I take it that colour wasn't offered for long?

Lol at Revolution having an alternate website, they're just round the corner from my mates flat. Massive place with a good rep but some of their stuff is over priced in my opinion.

Just happens really our local Fleet factors is a dealer for them & mentioned I didnt want a cheap job doing I wanted the best I could buy really. Just happens they are a technical partner to mclaren F1. I cant recall off hand but I had the clearcoat mixed into the base coat then clear over the top. I cant quite remember off hand, I'll ask when mine goes back up for the rest done this week

Yeah some is over priced and some is under priced. I got my rear clear foglight there and my whiteline parts and they blew away the competition price-wise.

Thanks Rob, that would be really interesting, the bodyshop is really friendly so I'll ask their advice on paint quality too, with a view to getting the best possible finish.

The 51E was phased out I believe with only Pearl being available from 2010 onwards. Maybe it didn't go down too well.

Ah I meant Pearl White on the earlier cars. When the hatch first came out I saw a few in Pearl White but I don't see them now, even on newer cars.

eBay. I'd been watching it for ages and when I bought my car I ordered it.

It's 1/24 scale by Aoshima. There's two standard car version and there's a JUN and Ings+ versions which have body kits etc. oh and you'll be glad to know you can even get the MY10 version as well with the newer front bumper.

Got any details of what you purchased?
I did try asking Kenwood, but they didn't know anything about the NAVI unit.
They said that OEM stuff was very different to the retail stuff
