Well, did a quick test fit this morning, the good news is the port in the back on the HU isn't occupied so its a straight plug in. The iPod sees the HU and shows the Subaru logo to say its connected. The bad news is the HU does not see the ipod and there is no way to switch the HU to play it.

I'm going to contact my local dealer to see if the HU needs to be reprogrammed or something.

That's partially good news...not sure if it's like the old Dension connectors where you need to select a particular tray the CD changer?
When I did my LED reflectors this weekend, I noticed what looks like a connector for a multi-changer in the boot..wonder if it would plug in there? Its on the left hand side underneath the foam tray that the jack handle sits on...
Keep me posted please

Anyone recognise this reg? VK58 HCU. It was the previous plate on my STi 330S and I just wanted to know if it used to belong to anyone here, and if it has any history I should know about!

yes i know what you mean mate. they do have motors in the lamps but they do very small movements depending on what the tilt sensors feedback to the BCM

Thanks matey. Have already scraped the underside on a steep driveway. No visible damage but just reminded me to be careful!

I quite fancy the side skirt extensions next

That lip is so much neater than the current offering from H T Autos. Nice clean lines.
