my GREEN winter alloys are being removed soon, so the Prodrive GT2's will go back on.
Been thinking what colour to paint the winter ones for later this year.
either
1. Bright ORANGE
2. Hot PINK
Thought I'd get in before Rob copies me again

Can't wait to see it Rob, love the GC's but the offset always put me off, as usual the boys Statside get them in a range of et's, did consider shipping over but just not pratical!Originally Posted by rob84

As if it was that easy. I did a drift day today at oulton park and the C-diff and traction setting didnt seem to make hardly any difference. Anyone know the settings to get the back end out?

Sorry not keen, looks like you've had an accident and are waiting to get the car painted!
Roof on its own may look good.

It actually looks a lot more aggressive IRL! I think the GRB is a bit to subtle in the stock appearance. Just need to paint my standard BBS rims black, and the car should be all black-and-red

FINALLY GOT THE 2ND YEAR SERVICE AND BODY CHECK ALL DONE AND OUT OF THE WAY
only comments were a nail in a tyre and the geometry was out, they wanted £90 to do the settings
Got it done for half that at Elites!!!

But I can offer on anycar just out of warranty period as an incentive in price to come back to the dealer, I compete with the the specialists prices but with full main dealer backing.
Engine oil & filter
Air filter
Rotation of road wheels we do as part of the service
Pollen filter inspection but thats a yearly thing
and the rest of the inspections you'd expect on the annual service.
the 4th year is the biggy as its all the fluids
aircon service is £49
geometry is £45 thats just a check but we do adjustments as we see appropriate.

Rob,
It's a shame all main dealers are not as thorough & take as much pride in their work as you do
Or my main dealer anyhow... but I guess that's why they've now gone bust

Not really and its sitting on Prodrive springs, had the occasional scuff but I really have to be working hard to get it do that, they are so light in fact there is no mark on tyre or wheel.Originally Posted by The Hobbymaster

The front rubs more in reverse and whilst on full lock as the tyre catches on the arch lining, need to reshape with a hot air gun when I can be bothered!
Currently runing 245 Vred Ultracs which are quite narrow on the wall which helps, think if I had 255 there may be a problem.
Also are you running 20mm on a standard ET53 rim, if so you are lower than me at ET33, I know its only 2mm but its all it takes.

Hi Arron, I'm running 245 Mich Super sports mounted on Pro Drive wheels. I also have Pro Drive springs fitted. I've looked at the lip and its 22 mm thick. I have rubbing at points (dips in the road that I hit at speed) But the marks on the tyres are starting to show and I'm not happy to run it like this. I was thinking I "could" cut the lip down a bit, but not sure i want to do that to a 09 scooby!! If I have the lip's rolled it could mean re painting if it cracks when being rolled. So.....all that said I'm open to idea's that could get me the look I want without F###### my tyres.Originally Posted by Arronb

And I don't have a big pot on money for new wheels before someone say's that lol..Cheers Ian

18 x 8.5 x ET48 rims and 245 x 40 tyres just miss the rear arches if thats any help. Mine is low enough so if it was going to rub, it would.

Hi, i'm running virtually the same set up as you, 09 STi, Prodrive GT1's (et +53), 245 Eagle F1's, Prodrive Springs and 20mm spacers (so et +33 overall) but with NO problems. So i looked back for piccies of your car and notice that yours is really much lower at the back than mine, could it be a subtle difference between eibach and 'prodrive' springs (I know they're both eibachs really but maybe slightly different spec/lowering amount?).Originally Posted by The Hobbymaster

hmmm, have you got the larger bump stops that come with the Prodrive springs fitted as they may stop the rim reaching the arch in most cases, also what geo you running, I'm on the prodrive setting which give more camber so top of wheel sits in the arch more.Originally Posted by The Hobbymaster

Do you have the Prodrive geo settings available to post on here ?
I have seen them somewhere but struggling to find them now.
Scooby Regular
Afraid not, however they are the same as the Hawk settings if anyone has them, got a feeling RB5 may have posted them in the past.
Let me know if you cannot find them and I'll scan them in.
