Anyone had an update as to when SMS control will be returned for the tracker? I keep trying to get an answer and am being told that it is a world wide thing and that it's all OK as the central command centre can still remote into the kit.
Thing is, we are supposed to pay 100 euro a year for communication credits to keep the system live, but if you can't actually use the credits, are they going to issue a refund or allow us to roll the credits over to the following year?
Plus the fact, thew geek in me liked the fact that I could get updates direct to my iphone whenever I wanted!
If we all ask the same question we might just get an answer. If you've not tested your SMS commands, please give it a go (as it might just be me (is it cos I is stoopid?).

Hi guys, mine is ok I texted the number (+39 33 999 43201) with a self-managed command (sat.status) & got everything back including battery voltage etc. My Metasat account shows the right level of credits also. Hope this helps?

Shurely not IM customer services getting it wrong?
I use both Vodafone (blackberry) and O2 (iphone) to try and talk to my tracker - what network are you on (am wondering if the issue is network specific?)
Meantime, I'm going to suggest that Subaru swap my tracker for one that ids a bit more robust (or fix the one I currently have!)

WARNING TO EVERYONE - DO NOT BUY THE WHITELINE ALK KIT FOR THE MY08/09 STI - MINE HAS JUST FAILED AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS A COMMON FAULT - GET THE POWERFLEX ALK INSTEAD
Anyone got the Zunsport grills on their Hatch, thinking about getting a set in black to put one when the bumper is off to fit my fogs.
Wondering about the quality and fit compared to the OE ones?
