20mm Spacers now on! and a perfect depth

Instantly more focused and sits "harder" on the tyres now (in looks obviously as it's the same weight!)

Just need to lower it and I'm done

Yeah not cheap!

There was a guy on iwsti.com that was selling the whole kits for $800... but he's long sold out!

I don't like the back section, but the sides and front look great

Looking good Paul, I left my 'impreza' badge on the rear to give people a clue as to what I'm driving, you would not believe the amount of people that look at the car then walk round the back to see what it is, certainly saves me answering the same old question time and time again!

Kyle, looks great, the 35 offset certainly suits the hatch, now go and get some springs and its job done!

I must agree with you they sit so much better, we've sure made the right decision!

I still think yours looks better (for the moment anyway )

I've been quoted £340 fitted for a set of tein springs & geo so will get them done next month and hopefully we'll have a matching set! LOL

That's not a bad price at all, springs can be had for about £200 and geo won't be too far off £100 so £40 fitting, bargain!!!

I only said last week that I had finished, that lasted 1 weekend before I started looking at what next to buy! LOL

Obviously don't know your budget but Slipend Subaru have quite a few 300S' in now, including my old one.

You might want to give this one a miss though, if indeed it is possible to miss!!!!

Im looking to spend £18-£20k, want a dark grey STI with satnav and less than 25k on the clock, loads of them have 30k on them, my 55plates only just covered 30k!

Saw a nice 1 the other week but it sold within a few hours of me seeing it, was only £17k too

Default Battery

I have just returned from a two week holiday to discover the battery on my 330s is as dead as a dodo. Is this a known fault as I am sure I have read somewhere that others have had their battery replaced under warranty?

Hey Norm

Yeh I didn't drive mine for just over a week and it text me to say it was getting flat. I have a charger in the garage so I just topped it up, but not everyone will have this facility.
When I was over at Litchfield I asked if that was normal and they said yes the batteries are crap and there are a lot of systems drawing on it.
Someone got theirs upgraded by a dealer I remember reading.
Should be an easy fix, hope you get a good result

Cheers
Ben

Hi Ben
Having owned 4 previous Imprezas I love my 330s the most but it has given me the most grief out of all of them. I have just had the rear alloys replaced under warranty due to rust, had a nightmare trying to replace a puncture, paint chips etc and now the battery. It does seem that Subaru are cutting corners, I'm just worried if I leave my car for three years before selling it will it need a complete respray?
How's yours since you bought at the same time as me?

Anyway Carlh,

How did you get the screws & ally return pipe off the OEM dump valve to fit the Forge one, assuming it's a recirc one???

Lee, you didn't keep the R26 long did you?!
How does this compare with the "old" one?

Shouldve just bought one of these when I got rid of the STi. Didnt realise how much I enjoyed driving the Megane. Ive not had achance to push too hard yet, still running in. Feels more solid than the R26, better dash, interior, as you would expect from the newer model. The RS250 is great, pics dont do it justice. Really prefer the RS250 styling to the R26. Only managed to put 200mls on it yesterday, sedate drive round the evo triangle. Cant wait to drive it properly.
