Finally got the last of my fittings guys, so the fuel system plumbing is complete, and all Nomex covered.

Still have to do the wiring for the 2nd pump but thats not a worry.
Also refreshed my vehicle loom and added the plug for the Syvecs ACT sensor. However, i got to the last lot of wires and ran out of braided sleeve, so ive ordered some more

Starting to take shape now and the "to do" list is getting ever smaller

I'm just being picky here, but, you need to get your strut brace ends re-done.

Looks mint mate.

Lol. Don't worry Mick. The strut brace will be used for mounting the oil separator and will be going for coat thereafter. There are a number of parts left for coat still.

I'm in the process of sorting a unit out so that I can work on mine again but I'm in no hurry this time. Infact I'll probably buy a new car before I return my attention to mine.

Best of luck mate. I know how hard it is doing all this on a driveway in the elements and darkness.

Did you have a particular part number for that gasket Daz?

Late nights are paying off guys.

Wiring complete, plugs updated and heat protected where required, various brackets made and parts mounted including boost control solenoid, MAP sensor and A/C pump now back in situe.

Just waiting to get my turbo back and we can make the last boost hose, do the oil separator and get the final parts off to powdercoat.

Getting there

There panel fixings for race karts mate. They come in all sizes and all colours. Obviously all mine are in black. Those photographed are M6. Theyre to be used with countersunk cap head bolts.
Also all available from Aerotek or Braided Steel online.

Its things like getting the right fasteners in stainless that take time that most people dont appreciate how long it takes or the addede cost lol
