don't see a point for that cage, You are not rally driver, car is to heavy to compete with anything new on tracks or rally, hill climb etc.(where You could compete with one set volks alloys ) as road car You will get more rattle in the cab
**** off you complete bell end! All you do is post pointless comments talking crap, you can't even afford a show cage let alone a proper built cage and car like this, you're at them bottom and you'll be staying there.
Do something and start at page one and see the blood, tears and effort gone into this car and appreciate it! Then again you probably can't even appreciate anything you ****.
Okay, so I've been keeping this plan on the down low.
I'll let the photos do the talking.
Basically all genuine panels with steel rear qtrs and doors, carbon sills and kevlar wings.
Only way to go with that cage really...no doubt this is going to be something pretty darn special. Props for committing to this; proper money being spent now. Good luck and can't wait to see it in the flesh Frayz

^ holy **** .... really? ...... what a complete end of bell!
Keep up the good work fella, was an inspirational project last time it was running, now its a hole other legel.
Top job as ever Frayz, I'm looking forward to seeing this in the flesh when it's done - I'm waiting for the 'what's the point of cutting up your bodywork just to put more on' comment
Haha. That's because the uneducated don't know that a WRC body is completely different in shape to that of a road car. Just look at the rear arch line as it goes into the door. The wheels are in a completely different place, the wheel base is 60mm longer on the S8 for a start.
There are road car body kits that are there to replicate the real thing and then there is the genuine article. This is the latter and that means a lot of changes.
