Clive, there is York Dragway (Melbourne) just round the corner from me, on the bank holiday at the end of the month. That has good grip off the line, i did a 1.5 dead 60ft in the banana.

Little update on the two cars. Today I removed the front whiteline ARB from the blue car as this is no longer needed now I am focusing on drag only. Popped on a standard WRX item in it's place. Whilst under the car I noticed a slight leak from the rad so I need to get a new one ordered. I don't suppose anyone has any lightweight fans knocking around ?

Also got my new reverse vent on now, looks much better.

Then I changed the wheels over on the white car as we have a weekend sprint event next Saturday and Sunday. So on with the stickier Yokos. In the week the car will lose it's 6 speed to be replaced by a 5 speed PPG box, we decided to go this way to save the 30kg plus the car is not going beyond 500/420 so the PPG should cope with the torque ok







Popped a CDB in the boot to got for machining this week

 

Does that mean the 6-sp will be up for sale, then?!!!
