I do not think there is any doubt about the identification of the person if the posts are studied.

The biggest "worry" is where is scoobynewbie72 now.

He was very quick to get posting over his alleged poor service but now mute.

Then again must be at least slightly embarresed.

Talk about something coming back to bite your ****.

Got his fingers and voice box as well.

Does no one on here know him and could advise him to do the honorable thing.

Unless he has already fallen on his sword.

This will keep running i think but it is a source of great amusement.

Exactly Tidgy.

The ones trying to present a laughable defence are probably involved in the conspiracy.

As you say you could not make it up.

I think Scoobyclinic have come out slightly on top!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just find it ridiculous that this bloke has tried to stir up trouble for the clinic.you never get anything other than the warmest of welcomes when you go there.in the 4-7mins he was there,if he had a problem why on earth didnt he tell his problem with adam or kev,or any of the lads??,these guys,as well as being subaru experts ,they are also enthusiasts and always have time to help wether your there to spend money or not!.seems this chap was dead set on causing trouble for the clinic right from the off!.well done for catching him out guys, keep up your great work!, pete.

It doesnt appear to make sense on the face of it i agree.

However i have a gut feeling there is a little bit more to scoobynewbie72"s complaint than first appears.

It would seem his allegation is a complete sack of S**T confirmed even more by his disappearance.

So why make it up.

Even if he did feel hard done to why no response.

Must have a reason to make such a false allegation.

Maybe just an attention seeker.

Perhaps one day he will enlighten us.

I assume people on here must know of him but they remain silent.

An interesting one.

In a roundabout way i think its a positive for scoobyclinic .

Just the opposite of his intention.

Because he would prefer to post it all over the site which actually achieves nothing!

Doubt he will post again - probably just register a new username!

Hi,

I agree he will probably form a new account, there are a few on here that have multiple user names usually coming out to form a witch hunt against us, when asked why they simply reply because they can.

As for the guy in question, we have had numerous P.M,s giving the same name, including address and phone numbers, in fact earlier on one post someone else named him.

He did call us on Friday late afternoon to repeat the last sentence from his post, we answered "hello scoobyclinic" reply was "Go f**k yourselves" and then he hung up.

Cheers
Kev

Can I just say it's not the most professional thing to come on here and say what telephone calls have gone on between yourself and the O.P.

I am in no way defending Brett for what hes done, but the above makes me think its a "he said, she said" and I wouldn't expect a professional outfit like yourselves to lower yourselves to that level. With all due respect, imho, its stinks of unprofessionalism.

WTF are you on about, he's come on here slagging scoobyclinic off and threatening their company, i'd do more than just tell people what phone calls he's made, like knocking on his door and telling him to his face, and anyone else for that matter if they were trying to slag my company down....

Totally agree with what you're saying, but why should the innocent party in all this (Scoobyclinic) start posting up other information when we can all see Brett has been caught out. It is unprofessional, as the thread was dying down. Certainly makes me think of taking future business to them if this is the information they openly share on a public forum.

Some may agree, some may not, but thats my opinion, and in that opinion, Scoobyclinic (after posting up enough incriminating evidence) should have just let the usual bandwagon finish SN72 off. Why add information about phonecalls etc when the guys been caught out. Is it there to intice a reaction from him.

As said, I'm certainly not condoning whats been said, but trying to look from a neutral perspective.

I'll repeat myself Alan - professionalism, something traders should reserve even when a thread like this should appear.

Thumbs up

Thats a peculiar statement about Scoobyclinic disclosing information.

All they have disclosed is that someone made a pathetic phone call.

You have actually named him as BRETT.

I think you have disclosed more information by naming him.

I hadnt a clue who he was but you have enlightened us all.

Its a pity he cant take a trip to scoobyclinic and tell them personally to go F**K themselves.

Obviously a bad loser.

Thanks for the information regarding his identity. If its correct that is.

Forgot to mention.

Professionalism has been displayed fully by scoobyclinic throughout all this.

I cant understand why anyone would wish to defend this individual and his behaviour.

Oh yes i can but thats another story.

The cause of the problem in this could have killed it dead days ago by apologising for his inane actions.

But instead makes nuisance phone calls.

Obviously a real man.

I see the Scoobynet bandwagon is in full motion.

Stu2008, I'll say it one last time but put it in bold as you're obviously hard of reading for a supposed newbie - I'm not defending the O.P.

And as for identifying him, what difference does a first name do. Tell you what, I'm called Andy - do your worst

Also, can you elaborate what you mean by this comment (pm me if necessary as you seem on a windup):

"I cant understand why anyone would wish to defend this individual and his behaviour.

Oh yes i can but thats another story."

Now now dont get over excited.

It doesnt sound like your defending but by attacking scoobyclinics professionalism thats exactly what your doing.

Im not defending OP but..................

I think the disclosure of a first name is disclosing a little bit more information than the mention of a simple telephone call.

As you do not wish such classified information disclosed then i couldnt possibly reveal on here or by pm any further details.

As you know the person involved rather than attempt to defend the indefensible why not have a word in his shell like and advise him and the rest of his supporters to roll over and acknowledge defeat.
