Managed Penzance to Pontypool South Wales on £30 with fuel still left driving at 60ish with the wife following...

On the other hand...Spirited drive from Ponty to NEC Birmingham and back..£57 in and on fumes by the time I hit Pontypool

Like it's bin said if your concerned about mpg then a Scoob is probably not the car for you!

Just moved from a 1993 WRX to a 1999 sti and I get 250 miles to a tank (give or take) on both. Not that I've ever gone out for an mpg run but it seems to be 250 miles whether iI'm bombing down the motorway or running around town.

I drive it reasonably hard, but not like a nutter. Never ever seen more than 260 miles to a tank. May try an economy run now just to see if 30mpg is at all possible.

having to use the scoob at the mo to go to and from work 160 mile round trip aylesbury to kent everyday cost me 27.00 per day on average so god knows what that is 5.9 miles per litre

need the desiel delivered still waiting but got to admit the scooby is much more fun

i drive quick but dont rag the bollocks of it. in liverpool the pigs are just dying to spoil your fun with a trip to court and a ban for breakfast! of course have your fun but if like me you drive for a living then you probably wont have a point to prove. i get about 225 miles to a tank, light on usually around 210 miles, average 85/100 on motorway.

Can get over 400 to the tank driving normally
A lot lot less when going for it,which is ok

can't see the point of blowing fuel on every day runs
save it for the good runs
