Sure its reading in bar? 45 psi is 3.1 bar.

Yesterday it was reading "4 bar" but you couldn't adjust it. How have you increased the pressure?

14.7 psi to a bar, should be approx 2.5 - 2.7 with the vac connected.

And your sure its reading in bar?
My gauge didn't have the units on it and the pressure was read by someone as being 4.0 bar instead of 40 psi.

defoo bar, got a fuel pressure tester from work and fitted. car run 1.2 bar pressure with no fpr's. i then fitted the fpr and pressure tester read 5 bar. i then fitted the standard fpr in place and pressure tester read 3.5 bar, 3 bar with vacum pipe fitted. so conclusion is the fpr is naff and causing massive pressure. now in the bin.
