admitedly was a good run, no traffic so cruising all the way and was driving like miss daisy, stay off the turbo, under 3 k revs and 0-60 in 12 mins 37 seconds lol but prob rough average of about 65mph (down hill makes a buig difference)
disagree if you want, but i was there not you also i've got a my00 classic uk turbo. not a fat blob, hehehe, sorry tounge in cheek comment lol

As I said I don't doubt you. You get what you get. You've got to be very determined to get good mpg by staying off the blower. I can only manage that usually when there's nothing left in the tank, and by then it's too late to worry about it.

Im getting around 14mpg but with a heavy right foot as little as 9-10mpg. On
average 80-90 miles on £30
I brought a dirty diseasel is for good mpg lol.

lol, one of the chaps on another forum was regularly getting thats sort of mpg, guess what is nickname was,,, lol
it was hard, i started to do it on the way back but then bumped into a boxster on the motorway, MPG went down after that for some reason

Iv never had any better than 20mpg pottering around and on a run about 25.....But it depends how heavy your right foot is, and if you have a clean licence !!!

I get about 200-220 miles to tank which is around 20-22 mpg I think.
It goes down to single digits on track
wrt 40mpg post above. If I drained all the fuel out of the car and shoved it off a cliff I could not achieve 40mpg.

All depends on car and way its driven really,mines not to good as being an slightly tuned RA and is not geared for cruising.I get roughly 12mpg but i dont take my time.lol
