Breach of contract..... It states that by buying a ticket you accept rules.... These state to be fixed to windscreen... not dashboard.
Why are 90%+ traffic wardens Black and have just entered UK?? spoke to some today near Soho Square who told me the councils like them "Fresh"!!!
